Compare setup optionsCan players book without calling the venue?
Yes. Players see each court's open slots and rates, pick a time, and pay online with GCash, card or QR Ph. The booking is confirmed as soon as payment lands, and the venue sees it on its schedule.
What happens to a slot while someone is paying?
It is held for that player during checkout, so no one else can take it. If the payment is not completed in time, the hold lapses and the slot opens again on its own.
Can staff still accept walk-ins and cash?
Yes. The front desk books walk-ins straight onto the same schedule, and cash goes into the same ledger as online payments, with an audit trail and CSV exports.
Is there a limit on courts or staff accounts?
No. The plan includes unlimited courts across every branch. Staff accounts are not limited: every plan includes unlimited staff seats across four roles, plus 200 SMS notifications a month.
How do we move from our current process?
